As already said colleagues from XiaomiAdictos, the manufacturer led by Lei Jun has just confirmed that there are 13 smartphones from the Redmi brand and Xiaomi is discontinued from 31 October 2022, thus ending their committed support period and being abandoned.
It's true that a lot of phones flock to announcements like this, as it's well known that Xiaomi usually announces the termination of this support in a more staggered manner and for fewer models. Although to be fair, some terminals share a material-platform form and therefore simply refer to different denominations and are marked for different markets.
Xiaomi announced the completion of the development program for a list of 13 models in its catalog, including not only the low and mid range but also 2020 "flagships" such as the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra "photography".
